Bassil: All internal and external factors must be provided for return of displaced persons

Foreign Affairs Minister Gebran Bassil said on Tuesday that the return of Syrian refugees can be secured with the implementation of the Lebanese law and dealing with both the International community and the Syrian government.

“All internal and external factors must be provided for the return of the displaced to their country,” he added from the Parliament.

On another note, Bassil noted that talks with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo resulted in a different approach for this issue and a greater understanding from other countries.
