Lebanese ambassador to LBCI: Reports about US sanctions on Berri inaccurate
Lebanese Ambassador to Washington Gaby Issa asserted on Monday to LBCI that reports about new US sanctions on Speaker Nabih Berri and his aides are inaccurate.
 
Issa told LBCI that he carried out contacts with several sides inside the US administration and was notified that there is no such a thing in this regard.
 
Issa also noted that such news aim only at interfering with the visit that the Lebanese parliamentary delegation is paying to Washington.
