In an unprecedented judicial move, State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Peter Germanos personally attended the trial session of ISF officer Suzanne al-Hajj, representing the prosecution.
During the trial, Germanos called for the cessation of legal pursuit against al Hajj for the absence of inculpatory evidence, in another judicial precedent.
