Student attempts suicide after failing the "brevet" exam
A student (F. D.) attempted suicide when she jumped from the 6th floor of Dandachli building in Boustan al-Kabeer Street in Sidon after failing the sate Brevet exam. The Red Cross took the student to Sidon’s governmental hospital for treatment from serious injuries and fractures. She remains in critical condition.

In the details, the Palestinian student had been anxiously awaiting the results of the “Brevet” exams. Upon receiving her results, she broke down and threw herself off the 6th floor.
