Rai: Appointments should be done in the spirit of the National Charter
Maronite Patriarch Bechara Rai delivered on Sunday his Sunday sermon during the Mass Service in Bkerke, in which he urged the constitutional authority to make the administrative appointments in the spirit of the National Charter and on the basis of parity and balance between Christians and Muslims.
On another note, Rai called on officials to preserve the social institutions concerned with special cases.
