Abou Faour: case of Lebanese hostages is a national case
Social Affairs Minister Wael Abou Faour said on Wednesday that the Lebanese efforts must be focused on the case of the Lebanese hostages in Syria, noting that the dialogue committee did the right thing by sending a team to all neighboring countries to play a role in the case.

During a ceremony held in the stadium of “al-Achraq school” in Ain Hala, Aley, Abou Faour said that the plight of the young detainee from the Mokdad clan concerns the Lebanese government and the whole Lebanese community. He stressed that the government must exert strong efforts to release the hostages and bring them back to their country, noting that this case has become “a threat to Lebanon’s stability”.
