Seif al-Islam Qaddafi to go on trial in September
Taha Nasser Baara, a prosecution spokesman, declared on Thursday that the son of the slain Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, Saif al-Islam, is set to go on trial in September in the Libyan city of Zintan, where he has been detained since his arrest last November.

Baara stressed that a committee from the prosecutor general's office has completed its investigation in the crimes committed by Seif al-Islam from the start of the revolution on February 15, 2011 until his arrest. The committee also prepared the charge sheet, before setting the date for the trial in September.
