Jacques Chirac, Lebanon’s loyal friend, passes away at age of 86
Between France’s late ex-president Jacques Chirac and Lebanon, a friendship reinforced by late Lebanese PM Rafiq Hariri.
 
The two men built a strong friendship that was consolidated after Chirac was elected president in 1995.
