Minister Bteich: Economy Ministry inspectors will encourage use of eco-friendly bags
Minister of Economy Mansour Bteich said on Tuesday that the replacement of nylon plastic bags with multiple use bags is a move that “translates our interest in the environment.”
“There is a draft bill we hope to be studied soon By the Cabinet before referring it to the Parliament," he added.
The minister stressed that the ministry’s inspectors will encourage the use of environment friendly bags.
