Interior Minister al-Hassan meets her Emirati counterpart in Abu Dhabi
Minister of Interior Rayya al-Hassan met on Monday with her Emirati counterpart Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the sidelines of the Lebanese-UAE Investment Conference in Abu Dhabi.
Following the meeting, al-Hassan said that talks focused on dispelling the Emirati concerns regarding what they saw as security loopholes at Beirut airport.
“This will inevitably have a positive impact on the implementation of the United Arab Emirates lifting the ban on its citizens traveling to Lebanon,” she added.
