Two foreign troops killed by rogue Afghan soldier

Two foreign soldiers were shot dead by a rogue Afghan army soldier in eastern Afghanistan on Monday, the NATO-led coalition said, adding to a series of insider shootings which have damaged trust between the allies.

"ISAF troops returned fire, killing the ANA (Afghan National Army) soldier who committed the attack," the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force said in a statement.
