Ogassapian to LBCI: The government should reactivate the file of missing persons in Syria

Future bloc Minister Jean Ogassapian called on the Lebanese government Tuesday to reactivate the case of Lebanese missing persons in Syria and to re-form a follow-up committee “since it is a humanitarian issue and a right for all the Lebanese”.

Ogassapian told Nharkom Said that the return of Lebanese national Y.Ch. to Lebanon after 27 years spent in the Syrian prisons proves that the residents were right saying that that there still are Lebanese prisoners in Syria.
