Caretaker Minister of Finance Ali Hassan Khalil welcomed on Thursday World Bank's Regional Director, Saroj Kumar Jha and Global Director Finance, Competitiveness & Innovation Alfonso Garcia Mora accompanied by a delegation.
The delegation conveyed to Minister Khalil the World Bank's assurance of its readiness to help and study the effect of the current crisis in Lebanon on the poor segment of the Lebanese society, as well as the scenarios required to cope with these problems and the way to address them.
