In discussions with Lebanese nationals during his visit to the United States, Progressive Socialist Party Walid Jumblatt tackled the parliamentary consultations that led to the designation of Hassan Diab to form a new cabinet, as well as the positions of the parliamentary blocs, mainly his allies’ position.
In this regard, Jumblatt criticized the Future Movement and the Lebanese Forces over their decision to abstain from nominating anyone, while he considered that they were heading to nominate Nawaf Salam, just like his party’s parliamentary bloc.
