Aoun meets Diab, discusses Cabinet formation

Prime Minister-Designate Hassan Diab visited on Friday President Michel Aoun at the Baabda Presidential Palace.

Diab then left without giving any statement.

However, sources informed about the stances of President Aoun told LBCI said that the meeting between Aoun and Diab lasted two hours and tackled the details of the Cabinet lineup and obstacles facing its formation.

The same sources added that Diab wants to form a government made of specialists and does not exceed 18 ministers.
