Prime Minister chairs Security meeting at Grand Serail

Prime Minister Hassan Diab chaired on Tuesday morning at the Grand Serail a security meeting attended by: Zeina Akar, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, Mohammad Fahmi, Minister of the Interior and Municipalities, Judge Ghassan Oueidat, Court of Cassation Attorney General, General Joseph Aoun, Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, Major-General Imad Othman, Director General of the Internal Security Forces, General Abbas Ibrahim, Director General of General Security, Major General Tony Saliba, Director General of State Security, Brigadier General Tony Mansour, Director of Army Intelligence and PM's Advisor Khodr Taleb.

Discussions have focused on the results of the security measures imposed as part of the general mobilization, the need to continue imposing these measures and be more stringent, if necessary, on the issue of non-compliant fuel, and on the importance of strengthening border security control to prevent smuggling attempts.
