Five Syrian detainees released in Rashayya, al- Fakhar

The General Security released on Tuesday the five Syrian detainees following a series of contacts and efforts deployed by top political officials. The Syrians were arrested by the Internal Security Forces in Rashayya, al-Fakhar, according to a decision issued by ISF General Director Maj. Gen. Abbas Ibrahim.

The released Syrian nationals were transferred in an ISF military vehicle to a general security center where they were granted temporary resident permits for a period of two months.

In this context, the residents of al-Akroub, Kfarchouba, celebrated the occasion.

Earlier, the residents, the Future Movement, the Islamic Group, the Progressive Socialist Party, mayors and other religious figures have held a sit-in to protest the arrest of the five Syrians.
