Lebanese University's contract teachers and employees stage sit-in
The Lebanese University's contract teachers and employees staged a sit-in at the inner court of the University's central administration building in al-Mathaf, Beirut on Friday, to call for their right to full-time employment.               

The contractors stressed the necessity to withdraw the file of the case from the Prime Ministry for studies by which the basis of granting permanent tenure can be           established.            

On the other hand, the teachers refused any political intervention in the Lebanese University affairs.
