Judicial Council postpones session on Ain Alak Explosion
The Judicial Council postponed on Friday the session on the explosion of Ain Alak busses till December 14, 2012, due to the absence of one detainee Yasser al-Choukayri.               

The afternoon session was headed by Judge Sami Mansour and was dedicated for hearing the testimonies of the witnesses, Maj. Roger Eid, Lieutenant Rabih Faqih and Maj. Miled Chalhoub.            

The Council called on all witnesses to attend the upcoming session, including those who were absent; Captain Mohammad Nasser, Captain Hussein Ahmad and Maj. Chaiim Araji.

On Tuesday February 13, 2007, bombs exploded on two commuter buses in Ain Alak, near Bekfaya in Northern Metn, killing three people and injuring many others.
