Amnesty International criticizes excessive use of force in EU countries

Amnesty International criticized the excessive use of force by the police against peaceful demonstrators protesting against austerity measures in EU countries and the failure to punish security forces behind these violations.

Amnesty International announced that peaceful protesters denouncing austerity measures adopted in EU countries were beaten, kicked and hit using teargas bombs and rubber bullets.
