Man killed in Jadra; perpetrator escapes

An elderly citizen died on Saturday morning at Jadra bridge when a speeding car hit him.                  

Youssef Tanios Kazzi, 75 years old, from Jadra in Iklim Kharroub was left to die alone on the road as the speeding driver did not stop to offer any aid.                      

Security forces rushed into the scene and began investigating the accident.          

The Mayor of Jadra Father Joseph Kazzi and Jadra's citizens also came to the scene demanding the driver's prosecution.
