Nicolas: Hollande’s statement prove that he is not well-informed

Change and Reform bloc MP Nabil Nicolas said on Monday that the French President Francois Hollande's visit to Lebanon comes within the framework of providing support to the positions taken by Lebanese President Michel Sleiman.

In an interview to Nharkom Said, Nicolas criticized the statement made by Hollande from Baabda, saying that “it was clear that Hollande is not well-informed on the Lebanese file.”

Nicolas noted that Hollande must call for punishing the criminals of all Lebanese martyrs, not only the killer of former PM Rafik Hariri and Brig. Gen. Wissam Hassan.

In another context, Nicolas noted that Lebanon cannot bear the burden of 100 thousand Syrian refugees on its lands, stressing that “the states which incited the Syrian people against one another should be held accountable."
