REPORT: "Peace culture", from LAU to Lebanese schools' students

The eighth version of the Model United Nations Program was launched on Saturday under the supervision of the Minister of Culture Gaby Layoun.             

In this context, 1700 students from 150 high schools will follow a model program over a period of 14 days, under the supervision of 80 students from the Lebanese American University who constitute the United Nations Secretariat at LAU.                

The Model United Nations aims at introducing the students to the various instances of the UN and at spreading the culture of peace.
