Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Bechara Boutros Rai headed on Sunday to the Egyptian Capital, Cairo, where he will be partaking in the ceremony of appointing Tuadros II as the new Coptic Church Pope. Rai will later head to Rome to participate in a series of meetings at the Vatican.
On the 25th of November, the Patriarch will join his Holiness Pope Benedict XVI in a mass and on the 26th; he will also participate in the Thanksgiving Mass St. Peter's Basilica in Rome at 6:00 PM.
