Sleiman congratulates Palestine's Abbas

President Michel Sleiman, contacted on Saturday Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, congratulating him on the election of Palestine as a monitoring member within the United Nations Council.

Sleiman hoped that this would denote a first step towards unifying the Palestinian stand for the interest of all Palestinians.
