Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy called on Tuesday for Russia to be designated a "state sponsor of terrorism," one day after a Russian raid on a shopping center in central Ukraine killed more than 20 people according to Kyiv.
"Only crazy terrorists who should have no place on Earth are able to launch missiles against civilian targets," Zelenskiy said on Telegram.
The Ukrainian president concluded that "Russia should be classified as a state sponsor of terrorism. The world can and therefore must stop Russian terrorism."
