Crowds flock to Beirut airport to receive Lebanese pilgrims wounded in Iraq explosion

The aircraft carrying the Lebanese nationals who were in a terrorist explosion on Monday in Iraq’s Samarra district has just landed in Beirut International Airport. The Boeing 737, flight number 139 has 145 passengers on board including the Lebanese pilgrims who were wounded in the bus explosion whilst on a pilgrimage site in Iraq.              

One person died in the explosion, identified as Hussein Nahle. He was buried in Iraq.                      

Families of those who were in the explosion have rushed to the airport to receive them.
