Blast in Ukrainian university kills one, wounds two

An explosion in the building of a medical university killed one person and wounded two in the Ukrainian city of Chernivtsy on Thursday, local police said.

Police were looking into different possible causes of the blast, including the possibility that it may have been a bomb attack, a police spokeswoman said.
