Military judge issues accusatory decision against Hussein Sobhi Mokdad

The Military Investigative Judge Imad Zein issued on Friday an accusatory decision against the arrestee Hussein Sobhi Mokdad.

The decision, which is ramification of the main indictment against the al-Mokdad clan, was issued against him for forming a gang and holding terrorist attacks.

It is worth mentioning that the State commissioner to the military court Judge Saqr Saqr filed a lawsuit against the al-Mokdad Clan members on charges of forming an armed organization, performing acts of terrorism, kidnapping people and terrorizing them by force of arms, mistreating military personnel and possession of unlicensed military weapons and ammunition.
