Abu Ghida issues subpoena for Al Mamlouk to appear in court on February 4

The first Military Investigation Judge Riad Abu Ghida issued a subpoena against Brigadier Ali Al Mamlouk and his companion Adnan (family name unknown) to appear in court on February 4, 2013, for being linked with former Minister Michel Samaha's case.

Michel Samaha’s defense attorney had given Judge Abu Ghida a memorandum including a call for witness Milad Kfoury for interrogation on January 28.

Exclusive sources told LBCI that Samaha’s defense attorneys will soon be applying a request for his release.

Samaha, was arrested on Thursday 9th of August by the Internal Security Forces’ Information Branch on suspicion of involvement in a plot to carry out terrorist attacks in Lebanon in collaboration with Syria.
