REPORT: Should the non-smoking law be amended?
 
The cabinet insists on strictly implementing the non-smoking law in the closed public places, but the possibility of issuing a draft law to amend the previous one helps the touristic facilities to adjust to the situation, according to the statement of Economy Ministry Nicolas Nahas.                

However, a new legal study shows that the amendments are unacceptable, and any modification which contradicts with the total ban of smoking in public places violates the Constitution.
