Major General Ashraf Rifi meets with Syrian actor Douraid Lahham

Lebanese Internal Security Forces (ISF) Major General Ashraf Rifi met on Sunday at has office with the Syrian actor Douraid Lahham who expressed his support and appreciation to the constructive role played by the ISF.

In this context, Douraid Laham praised the efforts of security forces in maintaining security and protecting public and private properties.

On Saturday, a number of Kalamoun residents headed to a villa where the Syrian actor Douraid Lahham was filming a movie to protest against his presence in their town.

Lahham who is known for supporting the Syrian regime was asked by the residents to leave the town.

The Lebanese Army had to intervene to protect the actor and ensure him a safe path out of Kalamoun.
