Judge Madi chairs meeting for security leaders

The General Prosecutor Judge Hatem Madi chaired on Wednesday afternoon a meeting at his office, attended by the Director General of Internal Security Forces Maj. Gen. Ashraf Rifi, General Security Chief Maj. Gen. Abbas Ibrahim, Director of the Lebanese State Security Brig. Gen. George Karaa, LAF Director of Intelligence Brig. Gen. Edmond Fadel and head of the ISF's Information Branch Colonel Imad Othman.

The conferees discussed several security issues, mainly the kidnapping cases and the issue of the Islamist detainees including the interrogation stages and trials, as well as the issue related to the distribution of abusive flyers, whether in Lebanon or abroad.

In this context, decisions and measures were taken concerning all the matters discussed during the meeting.
