Russia to promote military-technical cooperation with Brazil

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev stressed that Russia is ready to promote the cooperation with the Brazil in all the fields, including on the military-technical level, according to a Middle Eastern news agency.

In an interview with Russia Today, Medvedev emphasized the increasing proximity of Russia-Brazil strategic relations in recent years, during his meeting with President Dilma Rousseff where they tackled the Russian-Brazilian high-level bilateral cooperation commission, which resulted in the signing of a number of documents.

Medvedev, who is visiting Brazil, will head to Cuba, where he is expected for talks with President Raul Castro and will attend the 22 Havana International Book Fair.
