REPORT: Tripoli fears clashes renewal

            
Jabal Mohsen and Bab al-Tabbaneh in Tripoli keep on exchanging missiles and day after day, targeting the army which is in charge of protecting the region separating both areas.
            
However, the residents of Jabal Mohsen and Bab al-Tabbaneh voiced their fear in regards to clashes renewal and the existence of a hidden party fomenting havoc.             

In this context, sources told LBCI that Al-Tabbaneh residents, whose houses are overlooking Syria Street, gathered and decided that they will not let anyone use them to produce a new wrangling pace.          

In details, they called on the Lebanese army to hurdle any attempt to compromise the front, or else they will protect their streets from the so-called "fifth column".          

In this context, a leader in Al- Baranieh, Ziad Alouki, stressed that the residents refuse to be dragged into another round of violence.             

Accordingly, Shadi al-Mawlawi who is a man of religion and a supporter of the Syrian revolution stated that he was falsely accused of terrorism, revealing that he was subject to three assassination attempts.
