REPORT: Closer look at the Future-PSP electoral draft law

The Future bloc and the Progressive Socialist Party are holding discussions to reach an agreement over the hybrid electoral draft law, combines the majoritarian with the proportional systems. Accordingly, the Future bloc is taking charge of holding contacts with the Kataeb party and the Lebanese Forces, while the SP's contacts are reaching Ain al-Tineh.

This report will expose the progress reached by both parties in their discussions, as well as the items upon which it has been agreed, such as the number of the electoral districts and the voting process.
