Rifi: I am retiring with a clear conscience

Internal Security Forces (ISF) Chief Major General Ashraf Rifi stressed on Monday that he is retiring with a clear conscience, noting that he fulfilled his mission with national and personal motives.

“You will see the results of our work soon,” he said.

During a an honorary ceremony held by MP Bahia Hariri in his honor at Phoenicia Hotel, Rifi said that he “will not leave the mission but the job”, pointing out that today’s battle will end and justice will be restored "without a doubt".

However, Rifi stressed that his mission was difficult, but not impossible, asserting that all the criminals who have been committing crimes since 2004 will be unveiled and justice will be served.
