Three Chinese ships enter disputed islands’ regional waters

Three Chinese governmental ships entered on Tuesday the regional waters of disputed Tokyo-controlled islands, a Japanese coastguard reported.

The coastguard added that the three surveillance ships were navigating in the 12-nautical-mile zone around the Senkakus, a region which Beijing claims and calls the Diaoyus.
