REPORT: AFP photographer attacked in Badawi

The photographer Ghassan Swaidan, who works for the Agence France Presse, was attacked on Saturday and beaten by unknown assailants when he returned home, in the region of Badawi.       

Swaidan was taken to a nearby hospital in a critical condition where he is receiving treatment.            

Security forces rushed to the scene and launched an investigation in the case to reveal the attackers.
