Gemayel: Stability will not be reached so long as extra-state arms exist

The leader of the Kataeb party Amin Gemayel stressed on Friday that stability cannot be reached, a nation cannot be built and sovereignty cannot be attained while a party, other than the Lebanese army and security forces, possesses weapons.             

During a ceremony held at the party’s headquarters in Ashrafieh, Gemayel called on the political parties to reach a new electoral law which achieves national partnership.
