Ingredients
· ½ Kilogram of large strawberries
· 1 package of softened cream cheese
· 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
· 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
· Flaxseed or chocolate sprinkles for the eyes
Instructions
1. Rinse strawberries and remove the top part of each.
2. Scoop out the insides of each strawberry and cut it into two halves (a base and a ‘hat’) as seen in the picture.
3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until you get a creamy mix.
4. Fill the base-part of each strawberry with the cream cheese mix using a piping bag.
5. Top the cream cheese-filled strawberries with the hats as seen in the picture.
6. Use flaxseed or chocolate sprinkles for the eyes.
7. Refrigerate until serving.
