Health Minister Hassan says country will not be closed down again until now-[VIDEO]
Minister of Health Hamad Hassan asserted on Monday that life will continue in the country, adding that there will be no shutdown for the country so far.
 
“Taking precautions prevent us from taking tougher measures,” he added from the Grand Serail.
 
Hassan noted that fines will be imposed on those who violate the quarantine rules and help in spreading the virus.
