Najjar tests positive for Covid-19

Caretaker Minister of Public Works and Transportation Michel Najjar announced in a statement on Sunday that he had been infected with the Coronavirus.

The statement added that he will quarantine until he recovers, noting that the infection level is still "low and doesn't feel any symptoms."

Najjar wished to inform all those who were in contact with him recently, and to apologize for not knowing about his condition earlier.

He thanked in advance all those wishing to check on his health, confirming that he is in a good state and will pursue his meetings virtually.
