ISF members seen having shisha inside a café with no social distancing-[PHOTO]

A photo made rounds on social media platforms for a number of Internal Security Forces members having shisha inside a restaurant with no preventive measures whatsoever.

This as sources told LBCI that the photo was taken on January 5, adding that interrogations are ongoing with the ISF members to take the needed disciplinary measures against them.

Later in the day, the ISF Directorate General issued a statement in which it said that after investigations, it appeared that the photo was taken on January 5, that is two days before the lockdown.

The statement added that the ISF members were having lunch in a restaurant to celebrate the promotion of one of them.

The needed disciplinary measures were taken against the ISF members for not respecting the preventive measures, and a fine was given also to the restaurant for the same violation.

The ISF Directorate General urged citizens not to rush in circulating any information before checking them or referring to the ISF Public Relations branch.
