Khoury to LBCI: We must be careful in next 3 months-[VIDEO]

Caretaker Prime Minister's Health Affairs adviser Dr. Petra Khoury asserted on Saturday that Lebanon deployed utmost efforts during the past months in the fight against Coronavirus, adding that Lebanese citizens showed a good commitment to the preventive measures.

‘All this and the ongoing vaccination campaign led to a drop in Coronavirus cases,’ Khoury said during an interview with Nharkom Said TV show.

“We returned to phase 2 after being in phase 4 of Coronavirus spread,” she added.

“For this reason, France classified Lebanon yesterday within the Green Zone, that is, the safe zone that does not pose a threat to the country,” Khoury stressed.

“We must be careful in the next three months, as if we can raise the community's immunity we will reach the autumn in a safe situation, and we can then live life normally,” she concluded by saying.
