Caretaker Energy Minister Cesar Abi Khalil stressed Monday that the construction of power plants was the project of the Free Patriotic Movement.
"The construction of power plants is our project," Abi Khalil said in a speech he delivered during a meeting at Deir Amar power plant, upon its rehabilitation by a US company.
"The electricity sector's policy will be implemented regardless of the hurdles," he stressed.
