Nahas: Preliminary negotiations with IMF to start on January 17
MP Nicolas Nahas said on Monday that "the work methodology with the International Monetary Fund has several stages.”
Nahas pointed out during an interview with LBCI’s Nharkom Said TV show that the preliminary negotiations with the IMF will start on January 17.
“The committee's work is progressing rapidly and deliberately as it represents the Lebanese government in the negotiations,” he added.
Nahas concluded by saying that the committee is tasked with studying a plan and not accountability.
