[PHOTOS] Former Model Defies Back Problems, Becomes Rock Climbing Daredevil

Although this woman has killer looks, Sierra Blair-Coyle would rather climb the steep face of a rock than pose for a magazine cover.

But that’s not all there is to the story, Blair-Coyle who at one point was not sure if she’d ever be able to walk properly due to a debilitating back problem, is now scaling mountains in her quest to become the most successful climber on the planet!

So far her efforts have earned her the tile of two-time U.S. National Champion climber with a scholarship to study at Arizona State University.

Sierra, who has been climbing since the age of eight, has also practiced deep water soloing - lone climbs over sea cliffs at high tide - on rock faces 55 feet above the ocean surrounding the Hawaiian island of Maui.

'I love being a young woman in climbing,' said Sierra. 'Hard work has been the biggest help to my climbing career.

'I train hard and dedicate my all to climbing.’
