Lebanese schools to close early for World Cup match
The Ministry of Eduction expressed its wishes that school children across Lebanon be released at 1p.m. on Tuesday, 15 November.

The Ministry's statement called on Lebanese schools to only hold classes for the first half of the day tomorrow, giving families time to gather for the World Cup qualifying match between Lebanon and S. Korea. Of course, classes missed tomorrow afternoon will be made-up during extra sessions.

The final decision to end classes early ultimately lies with each individual school. Parents and students should contact their school's administration if they have any questions regarding the early release.
