Zahra: Lebanon’s position in Arab League a black point on its record
Lebanese Forces MP Antoine Zahra said on Tuesday that Yemen’s position in the Arab League is part of a precautionary measure, adding that Lebanon is the only one that broke the Arab consensus; “its position is a black point on the Lebanese record.”

Yemen and Lebanon voted on Saturday against Syria's suspension from the Arab League.

Zahra urged the cabinet on Nharkom Saiid TV show to take a clear decision regarding the Arab summit in Morocco, adding that “PM Najib Mikati’s intentions are positive while facts on the ground are sheer negative.”

Zahra said that Syria is still showing disrespect to Lebanon’s sovereignty and dignity and it manipulates its allies to create tension whenever it deems it necessary, stressing that the Syrian people cannot go backwards whatever the circumstances.
